How to Submit News

To start sending out content via our distribution service, you must first be set-up as a client. Either call or e-mail, and provide the following information: contact name, company name, billing address including fax number. Send your content by e-mail, and be sure it meets all of the specifications listed below in the appropriate check-list. Failure to meet the specifications can result in delays and extra fees.

Register by Email

  • E-mail releases must be plain text files with no formating (.txt files).
  • E-mail releases should include a short subject line.
  • Attachment should include a description and be high-resolution and print-ready, but not exceeding 5 MB.
  • Send all materials to content@newspaperscanada.ca. Please indicate if you are a new customer, or if you require a contract.

Register by Fax

  • Faxes can be MS Word documents or PDF files.
  • Want your fax to stand out? Faxes can be sent on Community Content letterhead. Contact content@newspaperscanada.ca for details.
  • Send all materials to content@newspaperscanada.ca. Please indicate if you are a new customer, or if you require a contract.
