How to Submit News
To start sending out content via our distribution service, you must first be set-up as a client. Either call or e-mail, and provide the following information: contact name, company name, billing address including fax number. Send your content by e-mail, and be sure it meets all of the specifications listed below in the appropriate check-list. Failure to meet the specifications can result in delays and extra fees.

- E-mail releases must be plain text files with no formating (.txt files).
- E-mail releases should include a short subject line.
- Attachment should include a description and be high-resolution and print-ready, but not exceeding 5 MB.
- Send all materials to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate if you are a new customer, or if you require a contract.
