How to Submit News

To start sending out content via our distribution service, you must first be set-up as a client. Either call or e-mail, and provide the following information: contact name, company name, billing address including fax number. Send your content by e-mail, and be sure it meets all of the specifications listed below in the appropriate check-list. Failure to meet the specifications can result in delays and extra fees.

Check List

Be sure your content meets the specifications listed below. Failure to meet the specifications may result in delays and extra fees.

Register by Email

  • E-mail releases must be plain text files with no formating (.txt files).
  • E-mail releases should include a short subject line.
  • Attachment should be high-resolution and print-ready, but not exceeding 3 MB.
  • Send all materials to content@ccna.ca. Please indicate if you are a new customer, or if you require a contract.

Register by Fax

  • Faxes can be MS Word documents or PDF files.
  • Want your fax to stand out? Faxes can be sent on Community Content letterhead. Contact content@ccna.ca for details.
