Make a difference at school: Support a charity
This school semester why not join the movement in your school to end poverty and injustice throughout the world. There are lots of ways to get friends and students at your school to become involved in learning about global issues. Here are some creative ways to engage your school in global issues:
- Fundraise. Organize a fundraising event with your classmates. The event can help raise money for a charity that helps the poor. A car wash, bake sale or a raffle are easy ideas that can raise a lot of money and are not difficult to organize.
