ABC Life Literacy Canada is pleased to inform you of the debut of our new media fellowship, the Peter Gzowski Life Literacy Fellowship, which will provide one journalist with a financial contribution to research and develop a feature story that increases public understanding of adult literacy in Canada. The fellowship honours the late veteran broadcaster and literacy champion, Peter Gzowski.

Journalism is extremely important to help increase awareness and improve public understanding of our cause. We hope more warm and powerful media stories will inspire Canadians to think about the literacy skills they need to live a full engaged life.
